We have designed this workshop to educate parents and care givers to feel empowered about protecting their little ones from illness & common injuries.

 

​Sarah has a background in anatomy & physiology of the human body majoring in corrective exercise, rehabilitation and medical conditions. Lecturing for many years now in Level 2 First Aid & Certificate IV in Fitness; Sarah is very passionate about educating people.

Sarah has suffered with her own chronic conditions and many major accidents which included breaks, sprains, strains, concussions, whiplash, head injuries and the list goes on (due to being so adventurous).

 

After all these life experiences becoming a Boy Mum with a little one who has suffered breathing difficulties; made her passionate about connecting closer with Parents & Caregivers to give them the life skills they need for Injuries, Illnesses & Conditions.

Our course is a 2.5 hours course run at home or at our beautiful public location in Kilsyth.
