Our Online Challenge: This challenge is designed to be progressive, flexible, and deeply transformative. It focuses on building sustainable habits for a holistic well-being journey. Listen to your body, be patient with yourself, and enjoy the process of discovery.

Core Principles:

  • Mat

    • 3 x Mat Pilates per week: Build core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

    • Integrate Daily Habits including steps counts and nature walks

  • Mind

    • 1 x Dedicated Breathwork session per week: Explore conscious breathing for emotional regulation and energy.

    • Daily Vagus Nerve Reset & Somatic Exercises: Integrate practices to calm and regulate your nervous system.

    • Self-Compassion: Treat yourself with kindness, understanding, and acceptance, especially when facing challenges.

    • Journaling: Use a journal daily to track progress, reflections, insights, and emotions.

  • Growth

    • Workshop Seminar: Engage with workshops on goal setting, nutrition & body image 

  • Hydration: Aim for 2-3 litres of water daily, focusing on consistent intake throughout the day.

  • Sleep Skills: Establish a consistent sleep schedule.

  • Whole Foods: Focus on unprocessed foods, abundant fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Pay attention to how different foods make you feel​
