It's wiping sticky fingers, reading the same story for the tenth time with exaggerated enthusiasm, and feeling a love so fierce it takes your breath away 🤍 Sometimes, though, the sheer volume of it all – the endless questions, the competing demands, the constant touch – can be wonderfully overstimulating. But honestly? It's the best job I've ever had ✨️ Wouldn't trade this beautifully chaotic adventure for anything, Orlando, I am so proud to be your Mummy & so grateful for you every single day 🤍✨️

Unpopular opinion: I don't track calories, and I'm not obsessed with constantly chasing heavy PB strength. And you know what? I'm thriving.

Hear me out:
🤎Counting Fatigue: Life's too short to obsess over every gram of food. I focus on whole, nutritious meals and listen to my body's hunger cues. Intuitive eating is a game-changer.
🤎Heavy PB Strength: Not the Only Goal: While strength gains are awesome, they aren't my sole focus. I prioritise consistent, quality reps, good form, and overall functional fitness. Pushing for a new personal best every session can lead to injury and burnout. Steady progress is my aim.
🤎Enjoyment Over Obsession: Fitness should enhance your life, not consume it. I prioritise feeling good, having energy, and enjoying the process.

This isn't to say tracking and chasing PBs are bad! They work for many. But it's a reminder that there's more than one way to reach your goals. Find what works for YOU and makes you happy.

It's taken me a while to realise that my worth isn't determined by external factors like likes or even achievements.
It's a journey, a constant evolution of self-discovery and acceptance.
There was a time when I let the opinions of others dictate my self-worth.

I sought validation from others and compared myself to curated highlight reels on social media.
But the more I chased external approval, the emptier I felt inside.

It's taken me a while to realise that my worth isn't determined by external factors like likes or even achievements.
It's a journey, a constant evolution of self-discovery and acceptance.
There was a time when I let the opinions of others dictate my self-worth.

I sought validation from others and compared myself to curated highlight reels on social media.
But the more I chased external approval, the emptier I felt inside.

There's a quiet strength within me, a spark that's been flickering for a while. Lately, I've been taking the time to really see it, to fan those flames, and let them burn brighter. It's been a journey of self-reflection, of peeling back layers and discovering the woman I am becoming.

I'm learning to trust my intuition, to listen to that quiet voice inside that knows the way. It's not always easy, and there are days when self-doubt creeps in. But I'm choosing to face those fears, to step outside my comfort zone, and to embrace the uncertainty.

I'm a smart woman, capable and intelligent. I've accomplished so much, and I'm proud of the person I've become. Yet, there's always room for growth, for learning and evolving. I'm committed to nurturing my mind, expanding my knowledge, and challenging myself to think critically.

And let's not forget, I'm beautiful. Not just on the outside, but in my heart and soul. I'm learning to appreciate my unique features, to love my curves and imperfections. I'm embracing my femininity, my sensuality, and my power.
