This is 36, and I'm officially in my peace era. Been sick all week, but grateful for a day away with Alba Massage, Dinner & Hot Mat Pilates 🎂

✨️Slow mornings: Savouring that first cup of coffee and easing into the day without a rush.

It's a whirlwind of tiny socks gone rogue, lukewarm coffee savoured in stolen moments, and the constant hum of your little voice filling the air 'Mum, Mum, Mum'. It's wiping sticky fingers, reading the same story for the tenth time with exaggerated enthusiasm, and feeling a love so fierce it takes your breath away 🤍 Sometimes, though, the sheer volume of it all – the endless questions, the competing demands, the constant touch – can be wonderfully overstimulating. But honestly? It's the best job I've ever had ✨️ Wouldn't trade this beautifully chaotic adventure for anything, Orlando, I am so proud to be your Mummy & so grateful for you every single day 🤍✨️

My boss introduced me to 9D breathwork last year and it changed everything.
It's hard to describe the experience. It's not just about taking deep breaths. It's about connecting with a part of myself I didn't even know existed.

It's about feeling emotions that I'd suppressed, finally allowing them to surface and be acknowledged.
During my first few sessions, I experienced a range of sensations: tingling, warmth, even tears. It felt like my body was finally speaking, finally being heard. I realised how shallow my everyday breathing had become, how disconnected I was from the simple act of inhaling and exhaling.

Unpopular opinion: I don't track calories, and I'm not obsessed with constantly chasing heavy PB strength. And you know what? I'm thriving.

🤎Counting Fatigue: Life's too short to obsess over every gram of food. I focus on whole, nutritious meals and listen to my body's hunger cues. Intuitive eating is a game-changer.
🤎Heavy PB Strength: Not the Only Goal: While strength gains are awesome, they aren't my sole focus. I prioritise consistent, quality reps, good form, and overall functional fitness. Pushing for a new personal best every session can lead to injury and burnout. Steady progress is my aim.
🤎Enjoyment Over Obsession: Fitness should enhance your life, not consume it. I prioritise feeling good, having energy, and enjoying the process.

This isn't to say tracking and chasing PBs are bad! They work for many. But it's a reminder that there's more than one way to reach your goals. Find what works for YOU and makes you happy.

Injured my neck & ribs AGAIN! (So sensitive like my soul)

Had to have Wednesday & Thursday off all my classes & cancelled dancing for the week! Have only cried 3 times....😌😌😌

We often take our healthy bodies for granted until an injury reminds us how precious they are. 🤎🤎

Movement is a gift, and exercise isn't just for our bodies. It's medicine for our minds, too.
Even a little bit can make a huge difference for our mental state and overall well-being. 💫💫💫
